Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jamaa Waqf:

  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Using stolen identities or payment methods
  • Circumventing transaction limits or verification requirements
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions

Reporting Obligations

We are required to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. This includes:

  • Filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when required
  • Cooperating with law enforcement investigations
  • Maintaining records for the required retention period

We will not inform users if a report has been filed about their activity, as this is prohibited by law.

Account Actions

We reserve the right to take the following actions if we suspect violations:

  • Temporarily suspend account access
  • Delay or refuse transactions
  • Request additional verification
  • Permanently close accounts
  • Report to law enforcement
