PHRH is a peer-to-peer financial support community platform that facilitates:

Providing Help (PH): Contributing funds to support other community members
Receiving Help (RH): Receiving support from other community members after the eligibility period
Community matching and transaction facilitation

PHRH acts solely as a facilitator between community members and does not guarantee any returns or outcomes.

Eligibility

To use PHRH, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your contact information remains current

Transactions

When participating in transactions:

All contributions are voluntary and made at your own discretion
The Platform facilitates peer-to-peer transactions between members
Transaction confirmation must be completed within specified timeframes
False confirmation of transactions is strictly prohibited
Support rates and eligibility periods are subject to change

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to manipulate or defraud the system
Create multiple accounts
Share your account with others
Use automated systems to access the Platform
Interfere with the Platform's security features

Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and accept that:

Participation involves financial risk
Returns are not guaranteed and depend on community participation
The Platform is not a bank, investment scheme, or financial institution
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You should only contribute amounts you can afford

Limitation of Liability

PHRH shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Loss of funds due to member defaults
Service interruptions or technical issues
Actions of other community members
Decisions made based on Platform information

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to complete confirmed transactions
Remain inactive for extended periods

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
